About Sue

Hi!

I’m Sue Novotney, the owner and of Trinity Hypnosis and Holistic Solutions, LLC.

I am a Certified Consulting Hypnotist, Certified Life Coach, a Certified Master Spirit Life Coach, a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher in both Usui and Tibetan Reiki and an Ordained Minister.

I was employed in the IT industry for 28 years as an organizational leader and leadership coach and like many people, struggled to balance the demands of my career and everything else in my life realizing work/life balance is truly the key to success and happiness. Stress and unwanted behaviors/reactions are things we are all challenged with at various times in our lives. Through hypnosis, coaching, Reiki, meditation and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)/Tapping, I have discovered ways to conquer these challenges and the results are absolutely amazing! 

I have proven non-medical solutions that relieve stress, lower blood pressure, assist with pain management and improve self confidence. There are also solutions to stop unwanted behaviors or habits, improve your health and improve your performance. I’ve started Trinity to share those solutions with you! If I’ve been able to successfully use these tools and methods to improve the quality of my life and the lives of friends, family and coworkers, then anyone can! I have a proven track record of success.
